GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
Seller: PawNest, operated by TRENDY AGENCY LIMITED (Registration No. 80259439).

Buyer: any person placing an order on the PawNest online store.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms govern all sales of products made through the PawNest online store. Any order placed implies the Buyer's unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
Products are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual. PawNest reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Buyer will be notified and offered a full refund or equivalent alternative.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICING
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. PawNest reserves the right to change prices at any time. In case of an obvious pricing error, PawNest reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, the Buyer selects products, proceeds to checkout, provides shipping and billing information, selects a payment method, and confirms payment. An order is confirmed once payment is validated and a confirmation email is sent.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. All transactions are secured via SSL 256-bit encryption by PCI-DSS certified providers.

ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–21 business days
These are estimates only. PawNest is not liable for carrier delays or customs delays.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, contact us at trendyagency.hk@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the Buyer's expense unless the product is defective. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Exceptions: personalized products, perishable goods, opened hygiene products, and items that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons are not eligible for return.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects. To invoke these warranties, contact us at trendyagency.hk@gmail.com with a description of the defect and proof of purchase.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
PawNest's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected during the order process is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and applicable international regulations. In case of a dispute, contact us first at trendyagency.hk@gmail.com. If no resolution is reached, EU customers may use the dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing all of the above, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
