SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it is shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- United States & Canada: 6-9 business days
- Europe: 6-9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 6-9 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50: flat rate of $4.90.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, contact us at trendyagency.hk@gmail.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
PawNest is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at trendyagency.hk@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
PawNest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at trendyagency.hk@gmail.com.
